1. Policy of quality problems:
Within 10 days after you signed, if you have not used the products, under the premise, if there is quality problems, we will unconditionally provide you with quality problem-goods return and exchange service, besides corresponding freight will be paid by our company. However, if the customers give us the feedback of quality problems 10 days after, your goods will not be returned.

2. Exchange goods policy:
Customers can apply for exchanging goods if the products have not be used within 1 month, and it does not affect the secondary sales, you can send your products back to our company, after we confirm receipt, we'll send back the money (according to the wholesale price of your order) to your advance deposit. The freight be paid by the customer.

Special Instructions:

1. If the goods are damaged by customers, we can not returned.

2. Please ensure the integrity of the goods and package, if there are some gifts, you also need send them back together.

3. One order form can only be carried out once of returning or exchanging operations, it must be send back in the same parcel. If separately return, we only assume the freight of the first returned parcel.

4. The given goods can not be returned and exchanged.

5. The used goods or washed will not be returned and exchanged.

6. The pictures and information just for reference only, there is some chromatic aberration between goods and pictures because of the shooting light, different displayer and other reasons, please kind prevail. If the returns caused by the chromatic aberration, customers will pay for freight by themselves. The customers who have harsh demands of colors, please buy cautiously.
